Order from the source of Nortec Steam Humidifier tanks and parts just like the contractors do. You will find on-line owners manuals as well as exploded views of your model on its associated humidifier parts page. Remember to replace your steam tank at least once per year for optimal operation. Most models will bring up a warning signal when the steam tank fails. Unfortunately you must view the unit periodically to know when it is time. We recommend you replace the steam tank at least once per year for residential applications and more often for commercial and industrial humidification needs.

Take the serial number
EXAMPLE # # # # # # 202 # # # and note the last 6 digits. Now note the first 3 digits of the last 6 digits. That is the part number for the steam tank you need, in this example it comes out to a part 202 steam tank. This works on ALL models but you must have 12 digits in the serial number for this method to work.

Each steam cylinder has a large white sticker on it. On the upper left hand corner of that sticker you will find a 3 digit part number. That is the part number for your steam cylinder. Additional Nortec parts are located on our sister website Nortec-Parts.com.
